INFORMATION ON THE PURPOSES OF ART. 13-14 OF THE GDPR (GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION) 2016/679
According to the law, this treatment will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.
According to article 13 of the GDPR 2016/679, therefore, we provide you with the following information:
1. PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT
Personal data (name, surname, telephone, email address, etc.) provided by filling out the form will be used for the following purposes:
a) Management of the request for information, including any accounting, administrative, logistical and organizational obligations related to it. Within the free text fields it is absolutely forbidden to insert abusive and / or offensive messages and / or to copy / paste the curriculum vitae and / or any other information not pertinent or containing sensitive data;
b) Promotional and marketing management through the communication, to the email address provided, of commercial offers.
2. NATURE OF DATA CONFERENCE AND CONSEQUENCES OF THE REFUSAL TO REPLY
The provision of personal data relating to the processing of data of the data subject for the purposes of managing them for the purpose of requesting information in the ways and terms indicated in the information is mandatory, as the failure or incorrect conferment makes it impossible to process inherent the aforementioned purposes.

The data supplied may be made aware of the Managers and the persons working under the direct authority of the owner or manager, following the instructions given to them.
5. DURATION OF THE TREATMENT
The Data Controller will process the personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes and in any case for no more than 10 years from the termination of the Service Finality relationship and no later than 2 years from the collection of data for the Marketing Purposes.
6. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
You can, at any time, exercise the rights:
- access to personal data;
- to obtain the correction or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing that concerns him;
- to oppose the treatment;
- data portability;
- to revoke the consent, where provided: the revocation of the consent does not affect the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given before the revocation;
- to propose a complaint to the supervisory authority (Privacy Guarantor).
